Application and Leasing

Applying for one of our apartments in downtown Redmond, WA is straightforward. Start by visiting our floor plans page to browse available layouts and find the one that fits your needs. Once you've found the right match, click through and hit the "Lease Now" button to complete your application online in just a few steps.

To complete your application, you'll need a government-issued ID for identity verification and your last three months of pay stubs to confirm income. If you're self-employed, please have your most recent tax return (including a Schedule C), six months of bank statements, and articles of incorporation (if applicable) ready to submit.

Applicants at Eastline Central must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent to qualify.

To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, subleasing is not permitted at Eastline Central.

Yes, all residents aged 18 and over are required to carry renters' insurance with a minimum of $300,000 in personal liability coverage, a maximum deductible of $500, and the property listed as the interested party.

We're so glad you're staying! Simply let the office know you're interested, and you'll receive a renewal offer through your resident portal. From there, you can review your options and select the term that works best for you.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

Yes. Here's a breakdown of what to expect:

  • Application fee: $55 per adult applicant, plus a holding deposit that will automatically be applied to your security deposit upon move-in

  • Security deposit: $350 at move-in (varies depending on credit)

  • Non-refundable admin fee: $375 at move-in

  • First month's rent and any additional charges are also due at move-in

Yes! Eastline Central offers a reservable loading bay, a service elevator, and a moving dolly to help things go smoothly. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to reserve yours ahead of move-in day.

You're welcome to make your space feel like home! We encourage you to personalize your apartment and make it your own. Just keep in mind that at move-out, it should be returned in its original condition, and personal items should be kept out of the hallways. Structural modifications are not permitted outside of reasonable accommodations approved by management, and any damage may result in charges. 

If you have questions about what's allowed, our team is always happy to point you in the right direction.

If circumstances require you to end your lease early, a lease break fee equal to two months' rent will apply, along with repayment of any move-in concessions received.

A minimum of 20 days' notice is required prior to your lease end date.

Start by submitting your 20-day notice to the office. From there, you're welcome to request a pre-move-out inspection so you know exactly where things stand. On your move-out day, return all keys to the office, and you're all set.

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 21 days of your move-out date.

Fees and Payments

The standard security deposit is $350. Once your application is approved, $100 is due to secure your apartment, with the remaining balance paid at move-in.

Utilities are billed separately in addition to rent, giving you more control over your usage.

Our apartments are compatible with Comcast/Xfinity, Ziply Fiber, and Astound G, all of which work with the pre-installed modems in each unit, so getting connected is quick and easy.

Paying rent is simple and convenient. You can make payments online anytime through your resident portal, or by check or money order if you prefer.

No additional monthly amenity or technology fees here.

Parking

We have secure on-site parking for residents with monthly rates ranging from $200 to $325, depending on the space. Get in touch with our team to check on current availability and find the option that works best for you.

While there is no dedicated guest parking on the property, street parking is available nearby. Guests may stay for up to 14 days and must be accompanied by a resident in all amenity spaces. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our guest policy.

Yes! We have designated EV parking spaces with charging stations available for a monthly fee of $250.

Maintenance and Requests

We are here to help with any maintenance needs! The easiest way to get things taken care of is by logging into your resident portal and submitting a work order directly. You can also stop by or reach out to the leasing office, and we'll get things moving for you.

Our team works hard to keep your home running smoothly. Most requests are addressed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the nature of the issue.

Pets

Absolutely! Eastline Central is a pet-friendly community in downtown Redmond, WA, and we'd love to welcome your furry companions. We allow up to two pets per apartment with an 80-pound weight limit for dogs. Breed restrictions do apply, so please contact us for the most current list.

Yes, here's what to expect when moving in with your pet:

  • Pet deposit: $300 

  • Pet fee: $350 per pet (one-time, non-refundable)

  • Pet rent: $50 per pet, per month

Please keep in mind that exotic animals, caged animals, fish tanks, and aquariums are not permitted at Eastline Central. The following breed restrictions also apply: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we ask that smoking take place at least 25 feet away from all buildings, including the leasing office.
